OFFICINE BPM allows to have a wide range of personalized solutions in order to meet with a market that demands more and more.

- CURTAINSIDERS and VAN BODIES are built in order to satisfy the quantity of loading required by the   customers, always mantaining the maximum and the minimum body lengths; therefore dimensions and structures can vary.

- they are good for road transport of materials placed on pallets, household appliances and cargo handling.

Our CURTAINSIDERS main features

- load-bearing structure made up of a “greed” which covers: two lengthwise transoms placed on the chassis and a sequence of steel shelves equally distributed on the length of the body. The transoms and crossbeams sections are fittingly studied in steel. The ring beam in press-formed steel is cut as seat of the low bed

- BPM manufactures the single parts of the structure using press-formed metal sheets and the following materials:

        Ring beam and lateral crossbeams obtained through press-formed zinc-coated metal sheet

        Flatbed in marine plywood WISA TRANS (finnish birch) in different thicknesses (18/24/35 mm,        

        depending on the truck)

- cab protection sideboard in aluminium with impact-proof bottom side in zinc-coated steel

- lateral sideboard and rear sideboard in aluminium TP2 (Al6060 ARS10) with downwards opening with foldaway pillars with lever, hinge-pin in zinc-coated steel

- home manufactured fixed roof in iron

- lateral sliding tarps in pvc, with tension-rods

- load securing lateral rods in aluminium, demountable

- lateral rope-stretching winches in different kind

- tool boxes (galvanized/stainless steel/pvc)

- mudguards in plastic material pvc, high-resistance and deformability

- paint with ground coat SELEMIX bicomponent epoxide and polyurethane varnish high-resistance PPG

Our VAN BODIES main features

Aluminium vans are made up of prebuilt panels. The outer walls can be manufactured both smooth and textured; the subframe is made up of a load-bearing structure made up of a “greed” which covers: two lengthwise transoms placed on the chassis and a sequence of steel shelves equally distributed on the length of the body. The transoms and crossbeams sections are fittingly studied in steel. The ring beam in press-formed steel is cut as seat of the low bed.

Each van is equipped with tool boxes (zinc-coated/stainless steel/pvc), mudguards in PVC, counter lamps with side lights, underride protections with foldaway supports, speed limits, motor identification tab, lateral reflecting stripes (approved ONU/ECE N.104).
